High School Readiness helps you improve your basic skills for job placement as well as prepares you for your high school diploma.  The program is divided into Mathematics and English Language Arts.

Steps to enroll...

  1. Obtain official sealed transcripts from the last high school attended.
  2. Schedule an appointment with the high school counselor by calling (626) 931-3106.
  3. New and returning students take the placement test.
    1. Students with disabilities who may need special accommodations to take the placement test should make arrangements with the counselor.
    2. Students re-enrolling from a previous do not need to take the test.  
  4. After testing, the student will be placed in High School Diploma (HSD), Cyber High, or High School Readiness.  
Residence Requirements: A minimum of ten units must be completed at BAS before being awarded a diploma.
