Citizenship (CIT)

Students will study U.S. History and Government, practice for the citizenship interview through mock interviews, and learn about the benefits and responsibilities of being a U.S. citizen. The course also provides students an opportunity to improve their English skills to the level necessary to pass the interview.

To register...

  1. Register in the ESL Assessment Lab Monday to Thursday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM or 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM.
  2. Take the required placement test in the lab. Plan to spend an hour and a half to register.
  3. Report to class the next day.
