Graphic Design Fundamentals
The graphic design course is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental principles and techniques used in visual communication. Through a combination of theoretical knowledge and practical skills, students will learn how to effectively convey messages and ideas using both digital and print mediums. By studying topics such as typography, color theory, layout design, and image manipulation, students will develop the necessary skills to create visually appealing and impactful designs by using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign.
Throughout the course, students will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects that will allow them to apply their newfound knowledge and skills in real-world scenarios. These projects may include designing logos, posters, websites, and other visual materials. By working on these projects, students will not only enhance their technical abilities but also learn how to think creatively and critically when solving design problems.
In addition to technical skills, the graphic design course will also emphasize the importance of effective communication and collaboration in the design process. Students will learn how to effectively communicate their ideas to clients and colleagues, as well as how to work collaboratively in a team setting.
