Water Technology D1 (Distribution) & T1 (Treatment)

This course covers the fundamentals of water supply principles. This program requires 117 hours and has a median wage of $19.01. This course is designed to prepare the student to take the Distribution Level 1 exam with the State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB). Entry level certifications designed as short term vocational training leading to industry certification. SWRCB approves Bassett Adult School as a Specialized Training School (see below).

Enrollment Requirements:

  • Must be at least 18 years old prior to the start of the class
  • Valid California Drivers License/ Identification Card
  • Must have a High School Diploma or GED or be co-enrolled in an HSC program.
State Water Resource Control Board (SWRCB):
The final filing date of July 1, 2019, for the Water Distribution Test - Test date of September 14, 2019.
The final filing date of August 30, 2019, for the Water Treatment
Test - Test date of November 2, 2019.
