  1. We offer a duplicate diploma at a cost of $50.00, this request takes 2-3 months to process and requires verification of graduation (official transcripts). Graduates who earned a High School diploma before 2015 will be asked to complete the verification process and once verified, submit payment using our on-line payment method (debit/credit card).
  2. Students who graduated from our High School program can request official transcripts. These transcripts are signed and sealed. They need to be picked up in person and a picture ID is needed to verify the student’s identity. If needed, we can make arrangements for a third party to pick-up. The counselor would need to approve this request. No fee for this service.
  3. We offer unofficial transcripts, these are a copy of the transcript.  It is not signed and can be e-mailed to you directly. We will still need to verify the student’s identity. No fee for this service.
  4. When a student’s transcript is not verifiable but there is proof of completion, we can write a letter on letterhead as proof. These letters are signed by the principal. No fee for this service.
  5. The Cal- Grant form is part of the two-step process for Financial Aid, in California the deadline is March 2nd, this form needs to be completed by the counselor with a signed release from the student. There is no fee for this service.
  6. All attorney request or subpoenas need to have a student release form with student identification. There is a fee for this service, it’s based on documentation requested. On average the cost is $15.00.
  7. Proof of attendance prior to 2015 will only include hours per semester. Students who attended 2015 to present, can request detailed attendance.
